- Provide high-quality and compassionate medical care to patients in the emergency department during night shifts.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Monitor and manage patients' conditions, including responding to changes in their medical status.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of emergency medicine practices.
- Stay updated with current medical research and advancements in emergency medicine to continuously improve patient care.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Attend trainings, meetings, and conferences as required to maintain licensure and enhance professional development.
- Serve as an ambassador for the hospital and uphold its reputation for excellence in patient care.

Current Certification And Licensure As A Physician Assistant In The State Of Massachusetts.
Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Physician Assistant In An Emergency Department Setting.
Acls, Bls, And Pals Certification.
Ability To Work Overnight Shifts And Provide High-Quality Care To Critically Ill Patients In A Fast-Paced Environment.
