1. Provide compassionate and skilled care to critically ill children and their families in the Pediatric ICU.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the attending physician.
4. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
5. Educate patients and families on their medical conditions and treatments.

11. Serve as a patient advocate and ensure that patient needs and concerns are addressed.
12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment for patients and staff.
