Financial Analyst/Controller

We are seeking a Financial Analyst/Controller to lead the Finance function for one of our Maxim business units. Finance business partner with key stakeholders in the product development team, providing value add financial analysis to drive better business decisions. Partner with Business Unit executives to assess business strategy and resource allocation amongst product lines in portfolio. Review P&Ls and recommend improvements to increase profitability. Coordinate product planning functions, including demand forecasting, what-if product costing, project launch profitability analysis, and R&D productivity analysis. Conduct invest/harvest/divest analysis for product lines. Characterize attractive/unattractive markets for investment and influence corresponding level of investment. Support financial planning and analysis for a number of business units. Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
