Technology Development Engineer

You will be responsible for many aspects of the development including process integration, device design, technology design rules, test chip, parametric testing, and process qualification. You will work closely with talented engineers of diverse disciplines within Maxim. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of technology design rules, and their implications on manufacturing, device, design, reliability, modeling, ESD and EDA. You should be proficient in advanced EDA tools, chip tape out methodology. Strong computer and coding skills are strongly preferred. You should have great communication skills, be a good team player with positive persuasive influence.
