Paralegal

Perform legal research and document analysis, review and preparation as directed. Will assist with continued development of Legal Department capability through recommendation and implementation of solutions to address a wide range of challenges. Create detailed claim file summaries as directed, perform legal research and document analysis. Case management from initial filing through trial/settlement and appeal. Maintain and track exhibits/scheduling. Docketing and tracking of case dockets through Courtlink/Pacer. Perform other duties as required or directed.
