Accounts Payable Associate

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing the highest level of patient care.The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of general accounting principles, experience with accounts payable systems, and a commitment to accuracy. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who has a minimum of two years of accounts payable experience, proficient computer skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have a strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Associate:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
2. Process invoices, payments, and other accounts payable transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies.
4. Prepare general ledger postings, journal entries, and month-end reports.
5. Research and resolve vendor queries and discrepancies.
6. Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal staff.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely payments.
8. File and manage financial documents in an organized manner.
9. Assist with audits and other special projects as needed.
10. Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
