
Office Coordinator
MEDNAX is in search of an experienced and organized Office Coordinator to join our team and provide efficient administrative support. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, take initiative, and display excellent communication and organizational skills.The Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. The successful candidate will be a reliable team player and have the ability to work well under pressure. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of office administration experience and excellent organizational and time management skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, as well as experience with office software applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite. We also require excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and liaising with other departments.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, as well as scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with payroll and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure that the office is clean and organized at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
- Ensure that all office policies and procedures are followed.
- Support other administrative staff and management as needed.
