Out-Of-Network Arbitration Representative

MEDNAX is seeking a motivated and experienced Out-Of-Network Arbitration Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving out-of-network disputes in our healthcare services division. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and resolve out-of-network disputes in the healthcare services division.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of arbitration procedures and have a proven track record of successfully resolving out-of-network disputes.
3. Utilize strong negotiation skills to successfully resolve out-of-network disputes.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Utilize Microsoft Office products to compile, analyze, and interpret data.
6. Effectively communicate with internal staff, external stakeholders, and other parties as needed.
7. Provide support to the team in resolving complex dispute cases.
8. Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and successful resolution of disputes.
9. Monitor trends and identify potential areas of improvement.
10. Create and maintain accurate records of all dispute cases.
