Patient Service Associate

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Patient Service Associate to join our team at MEDNAX. As a Patient Service Associate, you will be the face of our organization and the first point of contact for our patients. Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
2. Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
3. Answer patient questions and provide information on services
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and faxing
5. Process patient payments
6. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
7. Understand and comply with HIPAA regulations
8. Follow office policies and procedures
9. Take initiative to increase knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
10. Address patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
