Materials Lead
The main focus of the team leader is to foster team unity and boost the company’s day-to-day efficiency. The team leader works alongside and guides the workforce in a way that encourages teamwork, cooperation, and productivity. Assists all employees when there are issues that stop work flow such as blocked orders, missing paperwork, serial number issues. Manages work flow by moving manpower as needed to ensure all areas are manned to get assigned work completed within the allotted time. Follows and enforces all safety policy, procedures and safety regulations. Completes weekly Health and Safety Inspection Report for assigned area. Participates and encourages the group in continuous improvement activities on a daily basis. Understands and leads by example the 6S requirements for each area.
3 years or more of relevant experience depending on the complexity level of the job
