HR Systems Specialist
The HR System Specialist reviews and executes changes to the personnel records in the HRIS system, including new hires, terminations, pay changes and data changes. Provide technical support and customer service to employees, managers, and HR Team regarding the Workday HCM application functionality and business processes. Respond to unemployment claims working with appropriate HR, managerial, and legal personnel in a timely and conscientious manner. Develop, maintain, and execute audits of data monthly, quarterly, and annually. Create and update process documentation, providing process efficiency suggestions when applicable. Produce, generate, and distribute HRIS related reports as required; additional ad hoc reporting as needed.
2 years office environment experience, preferably in Human Resources
Associates degree, preferably in Human Resources
Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise good judgment and discretion
