Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Biomedical Engineering Or Medical Device Development.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Research And Development Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Design Control Processes, Including Experience With Fda Regulations And Iso Standards.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Collaborate With External Partners And Vendors.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With A Track Record Of Successful Product Development And Commercialization.
