
HR Intern
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn the inner-workings and key processes of a leading global company's HR department while completing projects and supporting daily activities. Manage an HR project for results (Talent Management focus). Determine solutions using continuous improvement techniques. Demonstrate creative thinking by identifying unique approaches to problem solving. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Work effectively with a diverse group of people to implement project improvements. Work on Benefits & Retirement, Associate Relations, Compensation, Human Capital Management or Talent Management projects.
HR major or currently enrolled in a graduate program
Previous experience in a corporate HR environment is preferred
