Radiology Technician

As part of the imaging team, the Radiology Technician will work closely with the Radiologists, Imaging Technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.We are looking for candidates who have strong technical and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to patient care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field, and must possess current certification as a Radiologic Technologist. Responsibilities:

1. Perform imaging procedures to diagnose and treat illness, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
2. Work closely with Radiologists, Imaging Technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
3. Maintain patient data and records in accordance with standards.
4. Monitor and operate imaging equipment.
5. Ensure that imaging rooms are appropriately stocked with necessary supplies.
6. Provide patient education and support regarding imaging procedures.
7. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
8. Maintain current knowledge of imaging technology and procedures.
9. Attend continuing education courses to stay up to date on best practices.
