- Handle any escalated issues or concerns related to health plan operations and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other AVPs and executives to develop and implement company-wide strategies that align with the overall mission and goals.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations, Preferably In A Managed Care Setting
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Or Department
In-Depth Knowledge Of Health Plan Operations, Including Claims Processing, Provider Network Management, And Member Services
Experience Working With Regulatory Agencies And Ensuring Compliance With State And Federal Guidelines For Health Plans.
