Case Manager

Molina Healthcare is looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our team. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized and committed to providing quality care to our members. The successful candidate will have a strong background in case management and a passion for helping others.The Case Manager will be responsible for the evaluation, coordination, and monitoring of medical services for assigned members. This includes ensuring that members receive needed services in a timely and cost-effective manner, and that quality of care is maintained.
