  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate social responsibility strategy that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  2. Collaborate with internal departments to identify and prioritize community needs and develop initiatives to address them.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, non-profits, and other stakeholders to support and enhance the impact of our CSR efforts.
  4. Monitor and track the impact of CSR initiatives through data collection and analysis, and provide regular reports to company leadership.
  5. Plan and execute employee volunteer programs and events to engage employees in giving back to the community.
  6. Work with marketing and communications teams to promote and raise awareness of our CSR initiatives and impact.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to corporate social responsibility.
  8. Manage and allocate the budget for CSR initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact.
  9. Stay informed about current CSR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  10. Serve as a company representative at community events and meetings, promoting our commitment to social responsibility.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local media outlets to help amplify our CSR efforts and impact.
  12. Provide guidance and support to other departments to incorporate social responsibility into their business practices.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve CSR programs to ensure alignment with company values and community needs.
  14. Serve as a liaison between the company and community partners, fostering positive and mutually beneficial relationships.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion in all CSR initiatives and partnerships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Sustainability, Or Social Responsibility.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate Social Responsibility Principles And Practices, As Well As Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
