  • Knowledge Of Medicare And Healthcare Regulations: A National Benefit Advisor At Molina Healthcare Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Medicare Policies And Procedures, As Well As Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Regular Communication With Clients And Internal Teams, So Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential. The Ability To Explain Complex Healthcare Information In A Clear And Concise Manner Is Crucial.

  • Sales Experience: The Primary Responsibility Of A National Benefit Advisor Is To Sell Medicare Plans To Potential Clients. Therefore, Previous Experience In Sales, Particularly In The Healthcare Industry, Is Highly Desirable.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Molina Healthcare Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Its Clients. As Such, A Successful National Benefit Advisor Should Have A Customer Service Mindset And Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Clients.
