Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Representative, Customer Experience to join Molina Healthcare's growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong work ethic. The Representative, Customer Experience will be a key player in ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and assistance.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field• At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accountsIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and believe you have the skills necessary to join our team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide helpful and accurate customer service to all customers.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Engage with customers to gain feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Identify customer needs and offer solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Maintain customer databases and ensure accuracy of data.
  6. Utilize customer service software, databases, and tools to provide efficient service.
  7. Work both independently and as part of a team.
  8. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for customer service tasks.
  9. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up.
  10. Stay up-to-date on all company products and services.
