Sr. Analyst, QI Compliance

Additionally, the candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: ● Lead and support Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ● Lead and manage a team to ensure quality and accuracy of QI processes. ● Analyze and interpret data and reports related to QI and Compliance. ● Develop and implement strategies for QI improvement. ● Monitor and analyze QI performance to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. ● Resolve any QI and Compliance related issues in an efficient manner. ● Identify opportunities for improvement in QI processes and make recommendations. ● Train and mentor team members on QI processes and best practices. ● Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. ● Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
