  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide timely and accurate information to internal stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and testing data sources.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
  8. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and procedures.
  10. Protect sensitive and confidential information by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Analytics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Reporting, And/Or Business Intelligence.

  • Strong Proficiency In Sql And Other Programming Languages, As Well As Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Complex Analytical Projects, Including Data Collection, Analysis, And Presentation.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Health Insurance Data And Metrics Is Preferred.
