Job Description

At Molina Healthcare, we are looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Project Manager - (IT Systems Implementations) to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of IT systems to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to user requirements.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, IT systems implementations, and software systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. If this sounds like you, and you meet the qualifications below, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field• 5+ years of experience managing IT system implementations• Experience developing requirements documents, project plans, and test plans• Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and/or Confluence• In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies• Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with projects• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop requirements documents, project plans, and test plans for IT system implementations.
  2. Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and/or Confluence to manage projects.
  3. Monitor and manage project progress in order to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to user requirements.
  4. Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with projects.
  5. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and project team members.
  6. Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance testers, and other technical staff to ensure successful completion of projects.
  7. Ensure compliance with the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies.
  8. Track and report project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  9. Prepare and present project reports to management and other key stakeholders.
  10. Monitor and adjust project timelines and resources as needed.

Compensation
