Job Description

Molina Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sr Provider Data Management Analyst. This individual will be responsible for managing and auditing provider data to ensure accuracy and efficiency of all provider directory documentation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare data, the ability to identify and address data discrepancies, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. If you’re passionate about data integrity and have a proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, we invite you to apply.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in provider data management and/or provider data auditing• Advanced knowledge of healthcare data, including but not limited to CPT/HCPCS codes, ICD-10 codes, NPI numbers, and provider/facility demographics• Knowledge of healthcare operations, including contracting, credentialing, and reimbursement• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other database applications• Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and audit provider data to ensure accuracy and efficiency of all provider directory documentation.
  2. Identify and address data discrepancies.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Ensure that healthcare data, including CPT/HCPCS codes, ICD-10 codes, NPI numbers, and provider/facility demographics, is accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Understand healthcare operations, including contracting, credentialing, and reimbursement.
  6. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other database applications for data management.
  7. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
  9. Prepare reports and analyze data.
  10. Develop and implement processes and procedures.
  11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  12. Participate in provider data management training sessions.
