Learning Design Lead

Mondelez International is looking for a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented Learning Design Lead to join our team. As a Learning Design Lead, you will have the opportunity to create and lead learning experiences that are engaging, impactful, and aligned with the company's overall strategy.In this role, you will design, develop, and implement learning experiences for a variety of audiences, using a variety of methods such as virtual, in-person, and blended learning. You will also serve as a subject-matter expert, providing guidance to other team members on learning design best practices.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in instructional design, learning theory, and adult learning methodology. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for creating engaging learning experiences. A Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field is preferred but not required.If you are a motivated self-starter who is excited to contribute to a team of dedicated professionals, we want to hear from you.
