Maintenance Planner

Mondelez International is looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detailed-oriented individual with a strong technical background. The Maintenance Planner will be an integral part of our engineering team and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of maintenance plans and schedules.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. An understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience with SAP, is preferred. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner:

• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance plans and schedules
• Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and supplies
• Train and supervise junior technicians
• Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff
• Manage maintenance budgets and schedules
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
• Use SAP for maintenance-related tasks
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
• Remain up to date on the latest industry best practices and trends
