Manager, Supply Planning

1. Develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure that all supply planning activities are aligned with the company’s goals.
2. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure that supply planning activities are executed successfully.
3. Monitor product demand and ensure that supply meets customer needs.
4. Analyze supply chain data and identify areas of improvement.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
6. Lead projects related to supply planning and ensure that deadlines are met.
7. Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize inventory management.
8. Develop and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
9. Assist in developing cost-effective solutions to supply chain issues.
10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior supply planning team members.
