Job Description

Mondelez International is seeking an experienced Order Writer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused professional who has the ability to manage customer orders and requests.The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are accurate and timely. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with order management and customer service. The Order Writer should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and is eager to help our customers get the right products in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Maintain current order information and customer contact information.
  3. Ensure customer orders meet all requirements and specifications.
  4. Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline order management.
  9. Monitor order status and provide updates to customers accordingly.
  10. Prepare and analyze order reports.
