  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent for various positions within MUSC Health.
  2. Conduct thorough candidate searches and screenings to identify individuals who align with our organization's values and goals.
  3. Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job postings, career fairs, and networking events, to reach a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other sources to establish a strong talent pipeline.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the required skills and qualifications.
  6. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  7. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential for career growth.
  8. Create and manage candidate profiles in our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and career development to continuously improve our strategies and processes.
  10. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires, providing resources and support to aid in their career development.
  11. Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  12. Collaborate with other recruiters and team members to share best practices and support each other's recruitment efforts.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  15. Uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values in all recruitment and career development efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Recruiting And Hiring For Healthcare Positions.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Career Development Strategies And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Candidates And Hiring Managers.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Recruiting And Hiring In The Healthcare Industry.
