MUSC Health is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. The perfect candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help and comfort patients. We are looking for a CNA who has prior experience in a hospital setting and the following qualifications: - Current certification as a CNA in the state of South Carolina - Previous experience providing care to patients - Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision - Knowledge of medical terminology and care practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift and move patients as needed - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Ability to accurately document patient care If you feel you are the right candidate for this position, please apply today. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to patients in accordance with MUSC Health's standards and protocols
  • Follow patient care plans and document all services and treatments provided
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as dressing changes and wound care
  • Accurately record patient care and vital signs in medical records
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living
  • Move and lift patients as needed
  • Maintain professional communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Respond to patient inquiries and complaints
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols
  • Monitor and report patient conditions
  • Assist with patient admissions and discharges
  • Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with best practices

Compensation
