Certified Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

5. Work independently or as part of a team to meet goals.
6. Follow all safety protocols and HIPAA guidelines.
7. Assist with training and onboarding of new pharmacy technicians.
8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
9. Monitor and restock pharmacy inventory.
10. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
