- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for patients with a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and adolescents, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Board Certification In Child & Adolescent Psychiatry: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Board Certification In Child & Adolescent Psychiatry From The American Board Of Psychiatry And Neurology (Abpn). This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Training And Has Met The Rigorous Standards For Competence In The Field.
Extensive Clinical Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In The Field Of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. This Experience Should Include Providing Evidence-Based Treatments For A Wide Range Of Mental Health Disorders In Children And Adolescents, As Well As Experience In Working With Diverse Populations.
