
Clinical Liaison/Admissions Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in a hospital setting. They should also be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient admissions and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide clinical support to the medical team, including consulting with physicians and nurses, and helping to resolve any clinical issues.
- Build positive relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and communication.
- Monitor the performance of the healthcare team to ensure quality of care is maintained.
- Identify and troubleshoot any patient issues that arise.
- Keep abreast of current healthcare trends and best practices in the field.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital regulations and policies.
- Prepare reports and analyze data for the medical team.
