  1. Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
  2. Provide strong leadership and supervision to hospital staff, including nurses, support staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Ensure that all hospital policies and procedures are followed, and maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and hospital efficiency.
  5. Monitor and evaluate hospital resources, including staffing levels, equipment, and supplies, to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  6. Respond to and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the course of daily operations.
  7. Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.
  8. Participate in the hiring, training, and evaluation of hospital staff.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and healthcare partners to promote and enhance MUSC Health's reputation and services.
  10. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in healthcare management, and implement improvements and updates as necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Individuals Including Patients, Staff, And Physicians.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hospital Operations, Policies, And Procedures, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.
