
Human Resources Coordinator
MUSC Health is looking for an experienced and organized Human Resources Coordinator to bring our HR department to the next level. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in HR best practices, has excellent organizational skills, and is passionate about building relationships with our employees. This position requires a thorough understanding of relevant HR regulations and laws and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of employees. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field• At least two years of HR experience• Knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations• Ability to build strong relationships with employees• Exceptional organizational and communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and on-boarding.
- Maintain employee records and manage employee benefits.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and ensure they are conducted in a timely manner.
- Monitor employee attendance and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Stay up to date on current HR trends, best practices, and laws.
