  1. Oversee the management and administration of grants throughout the organization.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for grant administration in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  3. Manage a team of grant administrators and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of grant-funded projects.
  4. Monitor grant budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance and maximize funding utilization.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and apply for grant opportunities.
  6. Maintain relationships with funding agencies and serve as the primary point of contact for grant-related inquiries.
  7. Review and analyze grant proposals to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  8. Prepare and submit grant reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Stay updated on changes in grant regulations and requirements to ensure compliance.
  10. Provide training and support to staff on grant administration processes and procedures.
  11. Assist in the development of strategic plans and initiatives to secure additional funding and resources for the organization.
  12. Represent the organization at grant-related events and meetings.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the grants administration team.
  14. Act as a liaison between the organization and funding agencies, advocating for the needs and priorities of the organization.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to improving healthcare outcomes and making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Healthcare Management.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Grants Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Grant Management And Compliance.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Grants Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And External Funding Agencies.
