• Greet and check in all patients in a professional and courteous manner to ensure accuracy and timely registration for services. • Assist patients and families with understanding and completing paperwork accurately. • Collect and verify patient insurance information and review/update patient demographics. • Respond to patient inquiries concerning services, policies and procedures. • Maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other staff members. • Process payments and prepare financial paperwork. • Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality. • Perform other duties as assigned.
