Patient Access Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Assist patients with registering for appointments, completing paperwork, and collecting required information.

3. Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and medical terminology.
4. Provide excellent customer service to patients.
5. Maintain patient confidentiality.
6. Answer incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from patients.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and processing payments.
8. Manage patient records and update patient information.
9. Resolve patient complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve patient issues.
11. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
