Pharmacist - Outpatient Clinical Services

1. Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients in the Outpatient Clinical Services department.
2. Conduct thorough medication reviews and ensure proper dosing and administration instructions are provided to patients.

4. Monitor and assess patient response to medication therapy and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
