MUSC Health is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our team. Our ideal Property Manager should have extensive knowledge and experience in property management and be able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. We expect the successful candidate to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in property management • Proven success in managing multiple projects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced knowledge of real estate legal and financial principles • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other property management software
Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of property management including tenant relations, budgets, rent collections, and maintenance • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances related to property management • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective management of properties • Monitor and review lease agreements to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions • Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards and resolve any related issues in a timely manner • Negotiate and prepare contracts for maintenance and other services • Manage and track all property related expenses • Prepare and review reports related to the financial status of properties • Create and maintain accurate records of all property management activities
