1. Provide compassionate and evidence-based care to new mothers and their babies.
2. Utilize strong background in maternal and neonatal care to assess and monitor patients' conditions.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Educate and support new mothers on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and infant care.
6. Monitor and document patients' vital signs, medical history, and progress.
7. Respond to emergencies and provide immediate interventions as needed.
