
Registered Nurse - Women's Health

We seek an individual who is dedicated to promoting health and wellness and providing compassionate care in a dynamic and collaborative environment.The Registered Nurse – Women’s Health at MUSC Health is an invaluable member of our team, responsible for providing quality nursing services to women in our care. This position requires a professional who is highly knowledgeable in women’s health, focused on patient-centered care, and committed to providing excellent and compassionate care.The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced, certified Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in women’s health. They must be familiar with current nursing practice standards, possess excellent communication skills, and have a commitment to providing quality and compassionate care. A successful candidate must also have the ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: • Provide evidence-based patient care for female patients • Administer medications, treatments, and patient care plans in accordance with established protocols • Monitor patient progress and document patient care • Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings • Assess patient needs and develop plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals • Ensure that all patient records are accurate and up-to-date • Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans • Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety • Maintain current certifications and expand knowledge of nursing practices • Provide support and guidance to other healthcare professionals
