1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to adolescent and young adult patients in the Youth Psych unit.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and ensure accurate documentation.

11. Continuously evaluate and improve nursing practices to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
12. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including electronic charting and documentation.
13. Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, promoting a positive work environment.
14. Support and mentor new staff members and students, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
15. Attend to emergencies and provide immediate interventions, following established protocols and guidelines.
