7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records.
8. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
9. Stay updated on current research and trends in the field of Speech Language Pathology to enhance clinical practice.
10. Attend and participate in team meetings, conferences, and professional development opportunities to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
11. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure understanding and collaboration in treatment plans and goals.
12. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to patient care, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
13. Maintain a safe and clean working environment and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
14. Provide support and guidance to less experienced Speech Language Pathologists and clinical students.
15. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.
