  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the transportation department.

  3. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, policies, and procedures, including those related to patient safety and confidentiality.
  4. Monitor and analyze transportation costs and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.

  12. Participate in organizational meetings and provide updates and recommendations related to transportation services.
  13. Handle any escalated issues or concerns related to transportation services promptly and effectively.
  14. Ensure that all transportation equipment is properly maintained and in compliance with safety standards.
  15. Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement within the transportation department and implement necessary changes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transportation Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Transportation Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Transportation Budgets And Implementing Cost-Saving Measures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
