  1. Develop and maintain the visual identity and branding of MUSC Health, ensuring consistency across all online platforms.
  2. Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly web layouts, graphics, and interfaces for the organization's website and digital platforms.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques, incorporating them into the organization's digital presence.
  5. Create engaging and impactful visual assets, including images, infographics, and videos, to support the organization's marketing and communication efforts.
  6. Manage and maintain the organization's website, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing.
  7. Utilize web design best practices to optimize the user experience and enhance the organization's online presence.
  8. Develop and maintain a library of design assets for use across various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create and implement effective digital campaigns and promotional materials.
  10. Ensure all design projects are completed within established timelines and meet the organization's quality standards.
  11. Continuously seek feedback and make necessary improvements to designs based on user data and feedback.
  12. Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to make data-driven design decisions.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in web and graphic design and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the organization's digital presence.
  14. Maintain and update the organization's style guide and design standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms and materials.
  15. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Web Design, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Web And Graphic Design, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Environment.

  • Proficiency In Designing And Coding Websites Using Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Adobe Creative Suite, Specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, And Indesign.

  • Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Variety Of Web And Graphic Design Projects, Including Branding, Website Design, And Print Materials.
