
Associate Customer Success Manager
Natera is seeking an experienced, customer-centric Associate Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an organized, data-driven professional with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering positive customer experiences. The Associate Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new customers and providing comprehensive support to ensure customer success. This role requires a unique blend of technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills, as the successful candidate will be expected to proactively reach out to customers, build relationships, and provide guidance throughout their journey.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, plus at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of customer journey mapping and customer success best practices. Responsibilities: • Onboard new customers and provide comprehensive support to ensure customer success • Proactively reach out to customers, build relationships, and provide guidance throughout their journey • Monitor and track customer success initiatives and outcomes • Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights • Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer success • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Create and maintain customer journey maps • Prepare and present customer success reports to stakeholders • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and engagement
