Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Molecular Therapeutics And Innovations, Including Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends And Technologies.
