  1. Process and analyze clinical data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Review and verify data for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  3. Enter and maintain data in electronic databases and software systems.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry and processing.
  5. Adhere to strict quality control and regulatory standards to ensure data integrity.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data at all times.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide updates and resolve any data-related issues.
  8. Identify and report any data trends or anomalies to management.
  9. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to data management processes and procedures.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in clinical data management.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Health Informatics, Biology, Or Data Science.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Data Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Biotech Setting.

  • Proficiency In Data Manipulation And Analysis Using Tools Such As Sql, Excel, And Statistical Software.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Data Management, Including Hipaa And Gdpr.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain Accuracy While Working With Large Datasets.
