  1. Manage and maintain electronic medical record systems to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with EMR systems, including data integration, user access, and system performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and upgrades to EMR systems.
  4. Provide training and support to end-users on EMR systems to ensure efficient and effective usage.
  5. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for EMR systems, including user manuals, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in EMR technology, and make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
  8. Communicate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement system updates.
  9. Participate in system testing and validation to ensure accurate and reliable performance of EMR systems.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all aspects of EMR system management.
  11. Assist in the implementation of new EMR systems and data migration from legacy systems.
  12. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure proper integration of EMR systems with other company systems and applications.
  13. Take a proactive approach in identifying and addressing potential system vulnerabilities and security risks.
  14. Provide regular reports on system performance and user feedback to management.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive patient data.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably With Emr Systems.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Various Emr Systems, Such As Epic, Cerner, Or Allscripts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support End-Users.
