Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pathology Support Coordinator to join our team at Natera. Our ideal candidate has a passion for pathology and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Pathology Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive pathology support to our customers in a timely and professional manner.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a clinical or laboratory setting. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team is a must.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive pathology support to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  4. Identify and address problems or discrepancies with customer pathology reports.
  5. Develop and implement effective strategies for resolving customer issues.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and courteous service.
  7. Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and take appropriate action to improve customer experience.
  8. Remain current with the latest trends in the pathology field.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
